Positive: The hotel is beautiful, clean, and well organized. It is fully equipped and very comfortable, also for those traveling with two small children. The cleaning was a 10/10, everything smelled wonderful, and it was clear that a lot of attention to detail went into it. Communication with Olivier was also great, he was always reachable and helpful. We also reserved parking, which was just a couple of steps away, and everything in the city was very close by. We loved our stay and look forward to go again!

Positive: Located in the centre it gives you access to all things needed. It is a whole appartement so you enjoy a pretty big space . Functional. Nicely decorated.

Negative: There is no elevator . Steep steps .

Negative: The toilet needs to be rebuilt! As 186cm tall person I couldn't fit in and in the same moment I almost didn’t reach ground how high was installed. Small person or kid will have an issue!

Positive: Location was perfect in Valenciennes. Olivier was very good about making sure everything we had everything we needed.

Negative: You don’t have any windows to view the street (windows are high on the walls), but otherwise in a beautiful building.
